This policy explains what tracking technologies we use on the poartaregelui.ro site, why, and how you can manage them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored in your browser when you visit a site. Local storage (localStorage) works similarly - it saves data locally without an automatic expiry date. Session storage (sessionStorage) keeps data only while the tab is open. We use all of them in a limited way.

Strictly necessary cookies are always active; they do not require consent under GDPR Recital 47 and ePrivacy.
3. Stripe cookies
When you press the donate button, you are redirected to a Stripe payment page. Stripe may set its own cookies on its domain (stripe.com) for fraud prevention and payment processing. These cookies are not controlled by us; see the Stripe Privacy Policy.
4. How you can manage cookies
You have several options:
- Our banner - on your first visit you can choose "Accept" or "Necessary only". You can return at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
- Browser settings - you can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site works.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics opt-out - you can disable analytics via browser extensions such as "Cloudflare Web Analytics Opt Out".
